Weekend Pony Club (4 Hours) On Our Horses (Fortnightly)

Our most popular session is our Weekend Pony Club (we supply the horses).

The Pony Club is held each fortnight and students learn all about horses and horse riding. The students have a formal lesson in the Indoor Arena and then another ride out on our magnificent property.

Throughout this session all aspects of horse handling and caring for a horse is taught and experienced. This is the perfect session for all the Horse Lovers that want to learn all about horses.

All activities are fully supervised by our very experience and friendly staff.

HORSE RIDING:

All aspects of horse riding are taught, including:

• Catch a Horse
• Grooming & Getting Ready to Ride
• Saddling & Bridling
• Feeding & Rugging
• Health of a Horse
• Washing & Plaiting
• Show Preparation

Each member has their own theory book which outlines different levels of Horse Mastership, both practical and theory. As each level is obtained a certificate is awarded.

At the end of each year we hold our Annual Gymkhana which is great fun for all, with trophies and ribbons being awarded to all riders.

Classes for the younger students are held at various times throughout Saturdays and Sundays – Bookings are Essential.
